The Test Non-Invasive Prenatal BBsafe Advance consists of a blood analysis that studies free fetal DNA in the maternal blood using the technology of next-generation sequencing (NGS).
This technique allows to distinguish accurately the fetal DNA in the maternal, even when the fraction of fetal is low, and provides the vision genetics most comprehensive and accurate available for the monitoring of pregnancy.
Unlike other test prenatal non-invasive, it also expands its scope to include the analysis of microdelaciones genetic clinical relevance.
It can be done from week 10 en embarazos únicos. (BBSafe Advance no puede realizarse en embarazos múltiples, únicamente en estos casos puede realizarse BBSafe Stándar a partir de la semana 12).

The Test BBsafe Advance evaluates the following chromosomal abnormalities:
● Trisomy 21 (Down Syndrome)
● Trisomy 18 (Edwards Syndrome)
● Trisomy 13 (Patau Syndrome)
● Aneuploidies of the sex chromosomes (Turner, Klinefelter, XYY, among others)
● Sex of the foetus, if the person is a pregnant woman wants to know.
● 7 microdeletion syndromes are more frequent
● Full analysis of all chromosomes
