1. Can I buy a analysis or study of health for another person?
Yes. You can give away any of the tests and health studies available online through our Gift Card Analyses.
Just choose the test that you want to give away and, during the purchase process, select the option “Send as gift” and enter the data of the recipient. After you make the payment, you will be able to download the voucher or send it by email to the person who receives it can redeem it and do the test in one of the centers available. 2. How can I check and download the results of my test?
When you perform the test, the staff of the center will provide a unique access code to view your results.
Once available, please visit our platform results and enter this code along with the ID of the patient. From there you'll be able to download your results securely online.
3. Can I have multiple tests at the same visit?
Yes, in many cases it is possible to perform several tests at the same visit, provided that their preparation requirements are compatible.
Before going to the center, see the instructions for preparation of each test, and verify that they are not in conflict. Note especially the following:
• If you are going to have several blood tests and some of them require fasting, you will have to go on an empty stomach.
• It is not possible to perform two breath tests on the same day, so that must be made on different days.
• If you need to provide a urine sample for routine analysis and the other for a test for sexually transmitted infections (STIS), you'll want to collect them in separate containers.
If you have any doubts on the compatibility of several tests, consultation with the centre before you go.
4. What documentation do I need to bring to the centre?
To get the proof you will need to present your identity card and proof of purchase, which we will use to confirm the evidence acquired. You will receive the voucher by e-mail once the purchase process. It is not necessary to print: you can display directly from your mobile phone when you go to the center.
5. Can I buy a test online without a doctor's prescription or medical insurance?
Yes. All the tests and studies of health care available in our online store services are private, so you can buy them directly without a prescription and without the need of having a health insurance.
