The Sensitivity Food Test it is made from a blood sample.
Through the analysis of IgG antibodies, we evaluate the immune response to 216 common foods in the mediterranean diet.
When the intestinal mucosa is disturbed, it can affect the absorption of nutrients and cause symptoms such as indigestion, bloating, fatigue, headaches, or skin problems.
The study classify the reaction to each food on four levels —very mild, mild, strong or very strong— and offers a custom report with recommendations about the foods that should be reduced or temporarily remove.
This is not a test of allergy or food intolerance, but rather a tool for guidance to a better understanding of the sensitivity of the individual and to adapt the diet with the help of a dietitian or nutritionist.

The Sensitivity Food Test analyzes 216 representative foods of the mediterranean diet, grouped in the following categories:
● Meats: beef, chicken, pork, lamb, rabbit, turkey, horse, duck, goat, among others.
● Cereals with and without gluten: wheat, oats, barley, rye, spelt, corn, rice, quinoa, millet, buckwheat.
● Fruits: apple, kiwi, orange, mango, cherry, strawberry, grape, lemon, pineapple, melon, among others.
● Vegetables: spinach, zucchini, cabbage, carrot, eggplant, cucumber, pepper, potato, mushrooms, etc
● Legumes: chickpeas, lentils, beans, peas and soybeans.
● Dairy and eggs: milk of cow, sheep and goat's milk, casein, clear, and egg yolk.
● Fish and seafood: salmon, cod, sardines, mussels, octopus, squid, shrimp, among others.
● Nuts and seeds: almond, walnut, hazelnut, pistachio, peanut, sesame, chia, flax.
● Herbs and spices: oregano, thyme, cinnamon, ginger, pepper, parsley, basil, rosemary, curry.
● Other foods: cocoa, coffee, honey, tea, yeast, cane sugar, aloe vera, bean gum.
