Analiza obtains ISO 15189 accreditation for laboratory at University Hospital HLA Moncloa.
The central laboratory of Analiza, located at the University Hospital HLA Moncloa, has secured UNE-EN ISO 15189 accreditation from the National Accreditation Entity (ENAC, in its Spanish acronym), an international standard exclusively for clinical laboratories. This standard has evaluated competences both at a management and a technical level in the pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical phases of fifty-six clinical biochemistry tests.
This accreditation is a benefit for all parties involved in the clinical process. As the laboratory is an essential part in patient care, the certificate guarantees said care with an excellent level of quality. With regard to clinicians, the accreditation guarantees that the information issued by the laboratory is completely reliable, so they can use it in their clinical actions with patients.
